VNL - Russell Street School

e-portfolios
Yesterday I spent time searching the web for schools that are using e-portfolios successfully. One that caught my eye was Russell Street School in Palmerston North. I listened to a webinar that was placed on VNL http://www.vln.school.nz/groupcms/view/187012/webinar-recordings in 2012, and was most impressed with the way this school has implemented and is using e-portfolios school-wide.
Last year I began investigating the purpose for creating e-portfolios and tools that support each process, what is the WPS technology infrastructure and how each tool matches the support resources available. This year I would like to continue along this journey as it is a mammoth undertaking, but one that seems to be very worthwhile for our learners.
